Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package of gnocchi
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  4. Add the Italian sausage and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Add the gnocchi to the skillet, followed by the heavy cream.
  7. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  10. Serve warm.
