Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Combine Greek yogurt, brown sugar, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. If using, fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
