- 1 can Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 4 cups cooked green beans (fresh or frozen)
- 1 1/3 cups crispy fried onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine in a large mixing bowl the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and soy sauce.
- Stir in the cooked green beans and half of the crispy fried onions.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Top with the remaining crispy fried onions and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
For a richer taste, you can substitute half of the milk with sour cream or heavy cream. Make it ahead of time and freeze to bake before serving.
