- 1 lb Steak
- 4 Hatch green chiles
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Toothpicks or kitchen twine
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Tenderize the steak and season it with salt and pepper.
- Spread cream cheese on top of the steak, then layer with Hatch green chiles and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll the steak tightly and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
- Grill or bake the roll-ups for about 15-20 minutes, until the steak is cooked to desired doneness.
- Let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
