Description

This Hawaiian pizza recipe combines sweet caramelized pineapple with salty prosciutto and bacon, delivering a delicious blend of flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 Pizza dough
  • 4 oz Cooked prosciutto
  • 4 oz Cooked bacon
  • 1 cup Caramelized pineapple
  • 1/4 cup Pickled jalapeños
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough onto a pizza stone or a baking sheet.
  4. Spread a layer of tomato sauce over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  6. Top with caramelized pineapple, prosciutto, bacon, and pickled jalapeños.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
