Instructions

- Add vanilla extract to the saucepan and stir until all ingredients are blended.
- Pour the mixture over the popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss the popcorn with a spatula or your hands, ensuring an even coat.
- Add mini chocolate chips and mix gently without breaking the popcorn.
- Spread the popcorn mixture on a lined baking sheet to cool completely.
- Break the cooled popcorn into clusters for serving.
