- 2 lbs (900g) Frozen Gold Corn (or fresh corn cut off the cob)
- 1/2 cup (115g) Salted Butter
- 2 tbsp (42g) Raw Honey
- 4 oz (115g) Cream Cheese (softened and cubed)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Heavy Cream
- 1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 2 tbsp (6g) Fresh Green Chives (finely chopped for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it’s completely melted and bubbling.
- Add the frozen corn (or fresh corn) to the skillet, stirring to coat it with the melted butter.
- Drizzle in the raw honey, mixing it well with the corn for a balanced sweetness.
- Stir in the cream cheese cubes, continuing to mix until it has fully melted and incorporated into the corn.
- Pour the heavy cream into the skillet, stirring until the mixture becomes creamy and velvety.
- Season with cracked black pepper and salt to taste, adjusting as necessary for your palate.
- Garnish with fresh green chives just before serving for a pop of color and added flavor.
Notes
Use fresh corn for the best flavor and texture. Adjust honey according to your sweetness preference.
