- 2 tablespoons Harissa paste
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the harissa paste, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss the carrots in the harissa mixture until well coated.
- Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
- Serve hot as a side dish.
