Description

A delightful blend of sweet peaches and spicy jalapeños grilled to perfection on chicken breasts, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 ripe peaches, diced
  • 2 jalapeños, chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Juice of 1 lime


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the diced peaches, chopped jalapeños, minced garlic, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
  3. Rub the chicken breasts with paprika and some more salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Spoon the peach and jalapeño mixture over the top of the chicken in the last few minutes of grilling.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken breasts for an hour before grilling. Consider experimenting with different fruit salsas.
