Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 ripe peaches, diced
- 2 jalapeños, chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix the diced peaches, chopped jalapeños, minced garlic, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
- Rub the chicken breasts with paprika and some more salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Spoon the peach and jalapeño mixture over the top of the chicken in the last few minutes of grilling.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken breasts for an hour before grilling. Consider experimenting with different fruit salsas.
