Ingredients

- 1 box of red Jell-O (strawberry or cherry flavor)
- 1 box of blue Jell-O (blue raspberry or berry flavor)
- 1 box of unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1 cup of vodka (optional)
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the red Jell-O according to package instructions, substituting 1 cup of cold water with vodka if desired. Pour into small cups and refrigerate until set, about 120 minutes.
- Once set, prepare the unflavored gelatin according to package instructions, using 1/2 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water. Pour a layer over the red Jell-O and refrigerate until set, about 60 minutes.
- Prepare the blue Jell-O in the same manner as the red Jell-O. Pour it over the set unflavored gelatin layer and refrigerate until fully set.
- Once all layers are set, top each shot with whipped cream before serving.
