Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • Additional honey for drizzling
  • Fresh mint for garnish (optional)
  • Crackers or bread for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until smooth.
