Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
- Scatter blackberries over the ricotta mixture.
