Delicious and cheesy mashed potato puffs that are perfect for parties and game days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, flour, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and the mixture is smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Using a spoon or your hands, form small balls of the potato mixture and carefully drop them into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
