Description

A vibrant and nutritious salad featuring creamy avocados, black beans, and fresh vegetables, dressed with lime and cilantro.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup sweet corn (canned or frozen)
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  2. Whisk together in a small bowl the lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together until combined.
