Description

Delicious mini quiches filled with smoked salmon, eggs, and fresh dill, perfect for brunch or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (like Gruyère or cheddar)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut it into small circles to fit into a mini muffin tin. Place the circles into the tin.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and heavy cream in a bowl.
  4. Add the smoked salmon, cheese, dill, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into each mini crust, filling them about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the quiches are set and golden.
  7. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These quiches can be made in advance and frozen for a quick meal. Experiment with different cheeses for unique flavors.
