- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup melted chocolate
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Chocolate and caramel for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl. Mix well and press into the bottom of each liner to form the crust.
- Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in another bowl until smooth. Fold in whipped cream carefully to maintain lightness.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top of the crust in each muffin cup.
- Drizzle melted chocolate and caramel sauce on top, then sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Serve chilled, drizzled with additional chocolate and caramel.
