- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the melted chocolate with the egg mixture and stir until well blended.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let cool, then top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Allow the pie to cool completely before slicing for cleaner pieces.
- This pie can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
