  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  6. Combine the melted chocolate with the egg mixture and stir until well blended.
  7. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared crust.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove from the oven.
  9. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  10. Let cool, then top with whipped cream before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • Allow the pie to cool completely before slicing for cleaner pieces.
