Description

A deliciously creamy and easy-to-assemble no-bake cheesecake dessert perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp salted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Whipped cream
  • Broken cookies
  • Additional graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs in a small bowl until evenly combined.
  2. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of this mixture into the bottom of each glass or serving dish, pressing lightly to form an even base.
  3. Beat the heavy whipping cream in a large bowl or stand mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form, which takes about one minute.
  4. Once whipped, transfer the cream to a separate bowl to set aside.
  5. Blend the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract together in the original mixing bowl until smooth and creamy using a mixer or whisk.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture carefully to maintain the airy texture, stirring until fully combined and smooth.
  7. Spoon or pipe the creamy filling over the graham cracker crust layer in each cup, distributing it evenly.
  8. Top each cheesecake cup optionally with fresh fruit or other toppings of your choice.
  9. Cover the cups and refrigerate for at least one hour to set before serving.

Notes

For a twist, consider layering flavors by adding fruit puree between the crust and filling.
