- 475 ml non-alcoholic red wine
- 236 ml grape juice
- 118 ml orange juice
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml honey or maple syrup
- 1 Orange, sliced into rounds
- 1 Apple, cored and diced
- 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 2 cups sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together the non-alcoholic red wine, grape juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and honey until the sweetener is completely dissolved.
- Add the sliced orange, diced apple, and fresh berries to the pitcher, giving everything a good stir to combine.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let all those amazing flavors meld together (though longer is even better if you’ve got the time).
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the sangria mixture over the ice, making sure to include plenty of the gorgeous fruit in each glass.
- Top each glass with sparkling water, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
- Give each drink a gentle stir and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
- Serve immediately with a spoon so everyone can enjoy all that delicious fruit!
Notes
For a sugar-free option, consider using stevia, monk fruit, or allulose instead of honey or maple syrup.
