Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • Pinch of salt
  • 24 oz Cream cheese, full-fat, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 Large eggs
  • ½ cup Sour cream, full-fat
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Nutella


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl.
  4. Pour in the melted butter and mix until thoroughly moistened.
  5. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  6. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden and fragrant.
  7. Let cool slightly.
  8. Beat softened cream cheese on medium speed in a large bowl until smooth.
  9. Gradually add granulated sugar.
  10. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition.
  11. Add sour cream and vanilla extract; mix gently.
  12. Mix in flour until just combined.
  13. Pour cheesecake batter over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  14. Dollop Nutella over the batter and swirl it in with a knife.
  15. Bake for 45-55 minutes until edges are set and center has a slight jiggle.
  16. Cool in the oven for an hour.
  17. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  18. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  19. Lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper and slice into bars.
