Description

A vibrant Mediterranean spread made from olives, capers, and garlic, perfect for entertaining or everyday meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted olives (green or black or a mix)
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine in a food processor the olives, capers, garlic, and parsley.
  2. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Add olive oil and lemon juice, then blend until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve as a dip, spread on sandwiches, or use as an enhancer for hummus or pizza.
