Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large onions
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the onions thinly into rings.
  3. Mix in a bowl the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the onion rings with avocado oil, then dip them into the parmesan mixture until fully coated.
  5. Place the coated onion rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving and enjoy the crunch!

Notes

For extra crunch, soak the onion rings in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.
