Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a skillet.
- Add the garlic and spinach, sauté until the spinach wilts.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cream, Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the shucked oysters on a baking sheet. Spoon the spinach mixture generously over each oyster.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
