Ingredients

- Steak (ribeye, sirloin, or your choice)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- Fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Instructions
- Take the steak out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat until hot.
- Add the steak to the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the desired doneness is reached.
- In the last minute of cooking, add butter, crushed garlic, and rosemary to the pan. Spoon the melted butter over the steak as it cooks.
- Remove from heat and let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
