Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and slice the carrots into even sticks.
- Toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the carrots and toss again.
- Place the carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the carrots are crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot as a side dish.
