Description

Delicious roasted carrots topped with crispy Parmesan cheese, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Carrots
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and slice the carrots into even sticks.
  3. Toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the carrots and toss again.
  5. Place the carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the carrots are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Serve hot as a side dish.
