- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the spinach, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff each with the spinach mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the stuffed chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and don’t overly stuff the chicken to avoid bursting.
