- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup sugar

- 4 egg yolks
Instructions
- Blend in a blender, combine the peaches, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Heat in a saucepan, the cream, milk, and salt over medium heat until warm.
- Whisk in a separate bowl, the egg yolks.
- Slowly add the warm cream mixture to the egg yolks while whisking continuously.
- Pour the egg yolk mixture back into the saucepan and cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peach puree.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Churn in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
