Delicious and flaky cruffins filled with sweet peach pie filling.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg, for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- In another bowl, combine the diced peaches, cornstarch, and cinnamon.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the peach mixture on one end of each rectangle and roll it up to form a cruffin.
- Place the cruffins in a muffin tin and brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
