- 1 cup banana pepper rings (canned or fresh)
- 1 cup heavy cream or coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Add the chicken pieces and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the banana pepper rings and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream or coconut milk and stir to combine. Allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use coconut milk instead of heavy cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
