Description
A delicious and hearty casserole combining pierogi and kielbasa, perfect for a spring dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 package of frozen pierogi
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
- Add the sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook until browned.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the frozen pierogi, followed by the kielbasa mixture, and half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining pierogi, kielbasa, and cheese.
- Pour the soup mixture over the top and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
