Description
Refreshing Pineapple Popsicles made with ripe pineapple, lime juice, and agave syrup. Perfect for hot summer days!
Ingredients

- 1 pineapple, peeled, core removed, and chopped
- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- ΒΌ cup agave syrup
- 1 tbsp tajin (optional)
Instructions
- Add chopped pineapple, lime juice, and agave syrup to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Pour the blended pineapple into popsicle molds and sprinkle with tajin if desired.
- Insert a popsicle stick into the center of each popsicle and transfer the molds into the freezer.
- Freeze for at least 480 minutes or overnight.
- Run the molds briefly under running hot water and gently pull them out.
- Store the popsicles in a freezer-safe ziplock bag in the freezer.
Notes
For people with diabetes, consider using sugar substitutes like stevia, monk fruit, or allulose.
