Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Low-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 15 g Pizza Sauce
- 20 g Low-fat Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.
- Mix the Greek yogurt, all-purpose flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt in a mixing bowl until a sticky dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 2 minutes until it becomes smoother.
- Divide the dough into equal portions, roughly the size of your fist.
- Roll out each dough portion into a circle about 6 inches in diameter.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on one half of each dough circle, leaving the edges clear.
- Sprinkle low-fat cheese over the sauce, and add any additional preferred toppings.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket, and press the edges firmly to seal.
- Place the filled pockets on your prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and baked through.
- Allow the pockets to cool slightly before serving, as the filling will be hot.
