Description

Ingredients

  • 15 g Pizza Sauce
  • 20 g Low-fat Cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the Greek yogurt, all-purpose flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt in a mixing bowl until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 2 minutes until it becomes smoother.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions, roughly the size of your fist.
  6. Roll out each dough portion into a circle about 6 inches in diameter.
  7. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on one half of each dough circle, leaving the edges clear.
  8. Sprinkle low-fat cheese over the sauce, and add any additional preferred toppings.
  9. Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket, and press the edges firmly to seal.
  10. Place the filled pockets on your prepared baking sheet.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and baked through.
  12. Allow the pockets to cool slightly before serving, as the filling will be hot.
