- 4 cups coleslaw mix
Instructions
- Cook noodles; set aside.
- Brown pork with 1/4 cup green onions in peanut oil.
- Whisk broth, mirin, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha.
- Add noodles, coleslaw mix, and sauce to skillet.
