Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the eggs and honey (or maple syrup) to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the protein powder, oats, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding nuts or chocolate chips.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
