Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and honey (or maple syrup) to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the protein powder, oats, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
