Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Slice the provolone cheese into thick pieces and place them in the skillet.
- Cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side until melted and bubbly.
- Prepare the chimichurri by mixing minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl while the cheese is cooking.
- Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes once the cheese is done and serve immediately with chimichurri on the side.
