- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
- Place a small piece of Brie cheese and a teaspoon of cranberry sauce in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the bites for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
