Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Beat butter, cream cheese, and sugars until creamy.
  2. Add vanilla extract and mix.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, cornstarch, and baking powder.
  4. Gradually combine dry and wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in raspberries and white chocolate chips.
  6. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); line baking sheet with parchment.
  8. Scoop 2 tbsp dough balls; place 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 11–13 minutes or until edges are golden.
  10. Cool cookies before serving.
