- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Sprinkle the chopped bacon over the asparagus.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and the bacon is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
