Description

A delicious and savory dish combining roasted asparagus, crispy bacon, and flavorful Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped bacon over the asparagus.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and the bacon is crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
