- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

- Optional: whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter and brown sugar in a pan over medium heat until bubbly. Add shredded coconut and mix well.
- Spread the coconut mixture evenly over the pie crust.
- Melt the chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth. Pour this mixture over the coconut layer.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
- Serve with whipped cream if desired.
