- Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Stir in garlic, paprika, and cumin, cooking for another minute.
- Pour in crushed tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Create wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each well. Cover and cook until eggs are set to your liking.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with crusty bread.
