A creamy and flavorful shrimp bisque that seafood lovers will adore.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Stir in tomato paste and paprika, cooking for another minute.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
- Pour in the seafood stock and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Blend the bisque until smooth, then return to heat.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
