Description

Delicious Shrimp Crab Biscuit Melts filled with creamy seafood goodness, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shrimp, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, cooked
  • 1 cup biscuit dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in shrimp and crab meat until well combined.
  4. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut it into rounds or squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the shrimp and crab mixture on each dough piece and fold over or cover with another piece of dough.
  6. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
