- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine shrimp, melted butter, garlic, white wine, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss to coat.
- Spread the shrimp mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the shrimp if using.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through and pink.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with crusty bread to soak up the buttery garlic sauce. Can be made stovetop as well.
