Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the drained corn, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, cilantro, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
