Ingredients

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, place one tortilla and sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Add the cooked beef, onions, and pickles on top of the cheese.
- Spread the mayonnaise and mustard over the beef mixture.
- Top with the remaining cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
- Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then carefully flip to cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice into wedges, and serve hot.
