Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, for brushing
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine in a large mixing bowl the chopped spinach, crumbled feta, cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped onion, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a clean surface.
- Spread the spinach and cheese mixture evenly over the surface of the pastry sheets.
- Roll up the puff pastry into a log and slice into 1-inch wide swirls.
- Place the swirls on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the swirls are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using other herbs or adding vegetables that complement spinach.
