Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  2. Combine in a large mixing bowl the chopped spinach, crumbled feta, cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped onion, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a clean surface.
  4. Spread the spinach and cheese mixture evenly over the surface of the pastry sheets.
  5. Roll up the puff pastry into a log and slice into 1-inch wide swirls.
  6. Place the swirls on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using other herbs or adding vegetables that complement spinach.
