Description

Delicious and healthy meatballs made with ground turkey, fresh spinach, and feta cheese, perfect for family dinners or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if desired)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the ground turkey, chopped spinach, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides.
  5. Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store cooked meatballs in an airtight container for up to 4 days; freeze uncooked meatballs for future meals.
