Description

Delightful star-shaped cheesecake pops enrobed in chocolate and decorated with festive red, white, and blue candy melts, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Red, white, and blue candy melts
  • Lollipop sticks


Instructions

  1. Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well incorporated.
  3. Spread the cheesecake mixture into a flat dish and freeze for about 120 minutes.
  4. Cut into star shapes using a star-shaped cookie cutter once firm.
  5. Insert lollipop sticks into each star.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  7. Dip each cheesecake star into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  8. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  9. Melt the red, white, and blue candy melts separately and drizzle over the pops.
  10. Freeze again for 30 minutes to set before serving.
