- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Puree the fresh strawberries in a blender.
- Combine the strawberry puree, honey, water, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
- Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and let it sit for a few minutes to bloom.
- Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or until set.
- Remove the gummies from the molds and store them in an airtight container.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 weeks. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months.
