Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder

Instructions

  1. Puree the fresh strawberries in a blender.
  2. Combine the strawberry puree, honey, water, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and let it sit for a few minutes to bloom.
  4. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or until set.
  6. Remove the gummies from the molds and store them in an airtight container.
