Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Sprinkle gelatin over 2 tablespoons of water in a small bowl and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
- Stir the bloomed gelatin into the warm cream mixture until fully dissolved.
- Add the vanilla extract and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate until set, at least 240 minutes.
- Blend strawberries with lemon juice and sugar to taste, then strain if desired, for a smooth sauce.
- Unmold the panna cotta onto plates and drizzle with strawberry sauce before serving.
