- 1/4 cup milk (or dairy alternative)

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: spices like paprika or cayenne for kick
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a baking sheet with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
- Combine the mashed sweet potato and shredded chicken in a large bowl.
- Add the finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix until well blended.
- Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and roll them into balls or patties.
- Place the formed poppers onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle a little olive oil on top of each popper for added crispiness.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
